So what I have observed so far is people are more responsible towards their face than their feet. Probably because, face is easy to get attracted to and feet don’t? Misinterpretation. My mother reminds me everyday, “Aurat ki khoobsoorti uske paun sey hai”. It kind of hit me so hard.
I for all the sake of the world, am more concerned about my feet than anything else, because my feet gets effected to tiniest of things, I still cannot figure out why.
However, I have been looking around over the internet for remedies of tan removal and guess what? I found one, I tried, IT WORKED!!
What all you need:
Toothpaste
A rough toothbrush (for scrubbing)
A bowl of warm water
2 pills of Aspirin
TOOTHPASTE:
So you will kick off by applying a layer of toothpaste all over your feet and your pigmented areas, I applied it on hands as well because I see them tanned too. Up to you totally. And you let it rest for good 20 minutes.
What Toothpaste does. The white toothpaste has the tendency to lessen skin marks, even out the tone of your skin. I tried it personally and it did work out.
A TOOTHBRUSH:
Now once you have applied toothpaste for good 20 minutes, take a worn out toothbrush and gently rub it against your skin to remove dead skin. Scrub your upper part of your feet even your heels to get a soft smooth looking feet over all.
2 PILLS OF ASPIRIN DISSOLVED IN WARM WATER:
Now take a bowl of warm water, and put two pills of Aspirin in it. (You may however put baking soda as well). Let it dissolve properly and no bumps should be felt.
Okay why Aspirin, you ask?
There is a science behind it which I researched and quoting it as it is. “You know it works for headaches, but it also softens calluses on your feet,” she writes. (Editor’s note: Say what?) “This solution will soften the callus and make it easier to remove with a pumice stone.”
SOAK YOUR FEET IN WARM WATER:
Once it is dissolved, soak in your feet for again 15 minutes. Take a toothbrush and again rub it against your feet and heels as making sure the dead cells are shredded off.
DRY OUT AND APPLY MOISTURIZER:
Once scrubbed, get your feet out and dry them out with a clean towel. Apply good moisturizer and YOU ARE DONE!
For better results, do this process thrice a week for the love of your feet. I hope it helps, at least I tried to put in everything I knew. Do try it and send in your feedback.
Cheers!
